I love the recipes and the background Saiphin gives with each and every one of them。 A lot of the recipes sound divine, most of them are vegan and the photography and styling are amazing。 Simply: hooked。

One star is just for the recipes at the back for various pastes。 Otherwise the book relies way too heavily on tofu and mushrooms for my tastes。

I love the original Rosa’s Thai Cafe cookbook, but really wanted something with more vegetarian recipes in。 When I saw this book at work, I snatched it up; and I’m so glad I did。 I have made four recipes so far, and all of them have been yummy。 Some of the ingredients are a little hard to come by in suburban Australia, but can be easily bought from some of the larger markets (South Melbourne is the best for discovering hard-to-find ingredients)。 One thing I would say is that a lot of the vegetar I love the original Rosa’s Thai Cafe cookbook, but really wanted something with more vegetarian recipes in。 When I saw this book at work, I snatched it up; and I’m so glad I did。 I have made four recipes so far, and all of them have been yummy。 Some of the ingredients are a little hard to come by in suburban Australia, but can be easily bought from some of the larger markets (South Melbourne is the best for discovering hard-to-find ingredients)。 One thing I would say is that a lot of the vegetarian protein options that the book presents are tofu。 I get this in terms of authenticity, but as someone who is allergic to soy, it means there’s a bit more work on my end swapping ingredients around。 Still, this is just a small niggle and not something that would stop me recommending it to everyone! 。。。more
